Kayla McDaniel & Tilaya Butler’s ‘Rare Dreamz Festival’

August 27th 2022 My Business partner Tilaya Butler and I are hosting festival ( Rare Dreamz Fest.) Our goal is to produce a community event for youth in Baltimore to experience the arts . The event will serve as a fundraiser for two $500 scholarships, for a Mervo and Carver senior interested in the Arts and Media. The scholarship is in honor of a fallen student from Mervo who passed away in 2013 due to a tragedy; her name was Diamond Williams. We want to also recognize Small businesses to build the community more. We will have performers from both high schools and from the community , community leaders, physical and mental health advocates at our festival.
